What if my tickets never arrived in the mail or are lost?

If you have lost your tickets, send an email to our Customer Service one or two days before of your presentation and request a copy of your entries. Tickets are validated electronically, so you won't have any problem. You can also enter your customer area, using the email you used when buying the tickets, you can download your tickets.

If I need to contact you, what is the best way?

Send an email to, most incidents are resolved within a few minutes, and a maximum of one day. By phone we do not guarantee that whoever attends to you can solve your problem, ending the resolution by mail.

Can I cancel my tickets after they have been confirmed?

The ticket offices of© do not accept refunds or changes under any circumstances. However, we are aware that situations may sometimes arise that may prevent you from attending a program as intended. With that in mind, we are proud to offer cancellation insurance, which you will have the option to add when you purchase your tickets. For an additional cost, cancellation insurance entitles you to a full refund of the cost of the ticket (less the cost of insurance and service charges), provided that we are notified by phone or by email at help@megaentradas. com two business days prior to the fulfillment of your intention to cancel. We must also receive your tickets in our office before 4 p.m. two (2) business days (this excludes all holidays, Saturdays and Sundays) prior to the actual date of the event. What if I can't attend the event due to bad weather?

It is extremely rare for performances to be canceled due to weather. We will only be able to refund your tickets due to bad weather if the show producers make the decision to cancel the event. Otherwise, no refunds will be made.

What if I have a problem when I arrive at the event?

There is always a manager available from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday to attend to box office problems. If you have problems with your tickets, please call us or contact the access control staff. Any problems can usually be easily fixed by access controllers.

Is it necessary to print the tickets?
